MyShp (“we”, “us”) provides a hosted product catalog and hands orders to WhatsApp. This policy covers the MyShp website, the seller dashboard and the public catalog pages. It applies to two groups of people: sellers who create stores, and customers who browse a store’s catalog.
To keep MyShp safe and trusted for buyers, sellers, and the communities we serve, we enforce a strict policy against listing, advertising, or selling inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal items. Stores found listing prohibited products will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
You are strictly prohibited from listing, displaying, or selling:
We actively review public catalogs and respond to abuse reports. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content immediately, permanently ban offending accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where unlawful activity is detected.
MyShp does not operate its own messaging network. When a customer sends an order, the message is composed and handed to WhatsApp, which then delivers it to the seller under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Once the conversation has moved to WhatsApp, it is between the seller and the customer.
We use trusted service providers to run MyShp, including providers for authentication and database hosting, image storage and delivery, and application hosting. These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the service.
We use the minimum necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across the web.
We keep store and account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records longer by law.
Access to seller data is restricted so that a seller can only read their own store. We use encryption in transit, access controls and industry-standard hosting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to tell you promptly if something goes wrong.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Sellers can update much of their information from the dashboard, and can request deletion from the account settings. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
MyShp is a business tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Our providers may store data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, let sellers know.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyShp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MyShp.
MyShp lets you publish a hosted product catalog and turn a filled cart into a structured order message that is delivered through WhatsApp to the seller’s chosen number.
MyShp is not a payment processor, a marketplace or a delivery service. We do not process payments, hold funds, guarantee fulfilment, or take part in the sale between a seller and their customer. Payments, pricing, delivery, returns and any disputes are handled directly between the seller and the customer.
You keep ownership of the products, images, text and other content you upload. You grant MyShp a limited licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate and provide the service — for example, to serve your catalog and its images to the customers you share it with.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
You agree not to use MyShp to list, promote, or sell any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate items. Specifically, you may not list:
We may immediately suspend or remove any store that breaches these rules, or that we reasonably believe puts MyShp, its users, or the public at risk.
MyShp offers a free plan with limits, such as a maximum number of images per store, which are enforced when you upload. We may change plan features and limits, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Orders are messages, not contracts with MyShp. When a customer sends an order, it is the seller’s responsibility to confirm it, agree payment and delivery terms, and fulfil it. MyShp does not verify sellers, products or customers, and does not guarantee that any order will be completed.
MyShp relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp for messaging, and providers for hosting, databases and image delivery. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The MyShp name, logo, software and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or software beyond the right to use the service as described.
We work to keep MyShp available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyShp disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyShp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
You may stop using MyShp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the licence you granted us to host your content ends, subject to any retention required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify sellers.
